Sitting down for a coffee, snack, or lunch in the enchanting  atmosphere  of the Cafè Premier is an experience long to be remembered. The menu offers a selection providing for all tastes and moods, including Maltese specialities. The piazza (square) environment has its attractions at all times of the day, throughout the year. This is one of the most beautiful and historic squares in Europe, designed and built by the Knights next to the Grand Master's Palace.
